pro tip - don't wait weeks before you do a call back. Wait a few days and then give them a call. 1 week tops unless they tell you specifically not to call back
I wasn't even sure what the process was until I went in there with my friend a week ago to help him pick out a new laptop and then she saw me and called me over, then she brought the GM out and he gave me the store phone number and told me to call and ask for the hiring manager. Another friend of mine told me to come over to his house yesterday so he could help/watch me do it.
