I'm looking for a good headset (that's headphones+microphone). Here's the criteria

-Not too expensive

-Very very good sound quality

-Should be a worthy replacement for my z5300 e's

My z5300's are slowly dying... not to mention that the volume adjuster doesn't work... and my parents complain about the loudness. So what's a GOOD headset with GREAT sound quality and a GREAT mic? USB or normal jacks, either type works.

I find the sound quality very good and the external noise dampening to be excellent. I can't even hear a word my wife yells at me when I have them on.
