Pre ban I used to own a 7.62 SKK with folding stock, Franchi PA8, .30 M1 Carbine, .308 Carbine ( forgotten model) and others.
The PA8 I was using for Field and Game claytarget/skeet and was the model with the fixed stock. The fixed stock on the PA8 is too short for comfortable aiming and is more 'point/shoot without the stock resting on your shoulder. Kicked ass in many tourneys with it, but the looks I was getting from the standard under/over shotgun users was better than any win.
Last time I was in the US I fell in love with the Glock M17 and would be my fav sidearm I have ever used.

I prefer not to attach a boat anchor to the muzzle of my rifle.gun.KingRat wrote:

If I need a pig sticker that large, I'll bust out my KA-BAR.
An M7 would work just fine for its intended purpose.
SA80 Rifle. British gun, went to a Navy Day, had the chance to hold one.
Pretty much any modern weapon is my favorite, but just to share a few...
Mp5k, I just love it because of the size and all the movies where you see somebody hauling it in their coat or breifcase lol...
Sig-550, Sig-551, Sig-552, all of them lol.
Sr25, its just so damn awesome.
Every IMI assault rifle on this wall, they all are so sexy,
Baretta 93 Series, auto pistol pwnage.
And finally, the best for last.

Ahhh its funny you ask us that question well my fave gun is.... my firemans hose, i can choose which mode i want like burst fire, single fire or fully automatic. The cheapest gun you can ever get hold of and its easy to resupply yourself for another war down the bog forsaken toilet
I have a Ruger .22 Mark II Target Slab pistol that is a dream to shoot. Ammo is dirt cheap too.
Love that 'little' pistol.
I wanna pick up a AI AWS in .338 Lapua but don't have the $6,000 US right now.

The only guns I own
2 x Browning D5G 12 Bore
2 x Berretta Silver Pigeon 12 Bore
1 x Browning .303 hunting rifle with optical scope.
Oh and a .75 joule BB gun....
They're my favourite guns, although the D5's are the best out of all of them.

Ive only shot 3 guns IRL. M4, Beretta 92, and Glock 23. All 3 were kick ass.
I still stand with my Sig Saur .40, great grips and I get a 3 inch grouping at 25yds.
I stopped hunting with rifles, but own the old 30-30, and a 30-06.
Primarily a bow hunter now.

I'm rabidly hunting down a beretta 96 model (the .40 cals) but all i can find are 9's everywhere i go, it seems I may have to order online but I really hate to buy anything without touching it first
sigs are great, they're the preferred sidearm of the secret service and several other fed law enforcement groups requiring concealment and reliability, but the ridiculously close manufacturing tolerances come at a literally steep price
