I'll admit that this actually made me tear up, probably has alot to do with the fact that I just got back from vacation and met my 4 month old niece for the first time.........................I think she's going to be really smart, she wouldn't hardly look at me, has to be a good sign

So it doesn't have to be just a baby? Or is does it refer to the contraption you are putting the child in? (for example: a sit'n spin or merry-go-round)

I originally read it and thought, "they put enough babies into harmful spinning contraptions to create a word for it."
