Two ways of getting it. Easy way:Be the commander and sit on a Tow or Mounted MG and arty people. Hard way:Sit on a Tow or Mounted MG and kill people.

i tried to get it the "real" way, but after 3 rounds... commander + mounted MG + arty = insta-badge.
