I am sorry if this has been covered, and im pretty sure it HAS, but my brain is bleeding!! Can anyone help me with this ? I managed to find out how to post my ribons, medals, ect... in sig, but no dice on the screenshots!?

in contrast to the stats sigs, which are included in html / BB format in your stats and are basically part of your profile, any images you would like to display here will need webspace to be uploaded to. If you don't have webspace of your own, you will need somebody else's. as bummer has said, imageshack is a very popular one.

most ISP's will also provide their customers with a couple of megs.
