i went to best buy on line becuase i was going to pre order it possibly from them in store (dont have credit card, otherwise i would just buy wit benefit package of eb games)

but on bestbuy.com it listed that it wasnt going to be released there until 10/18/05 and that its estimated arrival to people that pre order it isnt going to be till 10/18/06-10/25/06....wats up with that

thats sucks because i will have to drive like an hour to eb games now just to pre order it so i get it actually on the release date

I've heard of this cool thing called a phone...maybe you can call eb and pre-order and then swing by next time you're in town rather then making a special trip.

As for the "why are they releasing a week later"? What do you want us to say?

they could just put that to be safe and still release it on time with other stores

You can always buy a pre-paid credit card.

Or hell even a check card (that has a visa sign on the bottom for example) will work.
