CS has a great feature in walking where you move slowly and make no sound. Something like this is long overdue in BF2/BF2142, I'd say. Why not include a walk key so that you could sneak up on people silently? As it is now when you move you make noise...but this would be such a neat feature!

you can't really creep up on someone during a pitched battle cuz you'd get your ass blown up by their teammates

what kind of a nub idea is this.
Walk in guns blazing kill the nub, then stab the others, the cloak and run away pissing your pants with laughter.
Worked for me enough times.

Spose, but a better CSS idea is the AWP, which kills people in one shot above the waist (i think, not so gd on CSS weapons), which is what sniper rifles should do.
Crouch while moving. It will slow you down.

or learn how to play i got no problem sneaking up (without cloaking devise in 2142) and getting 3 or 4 dog tags
