oh yeah, they are also at other places aswell.
there are also big machine guns, RPG's, stingers and... that's it i think.

POE2 is Fantastic!
Great mod, played around for a bit. I don't like the lack of a deep infantry aspect but I probobly haven't played enough or on the right servers. Also the AT missles are facking weak. Way weak.

this mod is incredible. Only wished it EA would allow it to be ranked. I like the ability of the snipers and spec ops to call in artillery on the spot with binoculars.
AA vehicles and masturbation, FTW. Very vehicle heavy, but a refreshing take on the BF2 engine. Only got through a few maps. The snow isn't impressing, but I realize there isn't much you can do. Sounds are about a 13 on a scale from 1-10.
I realize that stats are high on the priortiy list, but I like not having them. Its good to be somewhat serious, play around, and not have that constant reminder of a bad tactical idea forever.
I will definatly keep playing, though.

Yeah the snow maps can visually get pretty dull at times. After 20 minutes of just various shades of white and grey, its a welcome relief to see some color again.
I don't understand how you call for artillery. I leftclick on an enemy with the binoculars, call for the artillery with the radio...and nothing happens.
that's because someone actually has to sit IN THE ARTILLERY to AIM AND FIRE it mate...looks like you did NOT play BF1942. true arti ftw !

I have been playing Bf2 since day one and I have never seen as much teamwork playing this mod. My squad always works together but on most maps we have been moving together as a team. Wow...love the mod! I downloaded it last night just out of curiosity (I expected that it was just a lot of hype). But, shit man, its awesome! And its just going to get better as it gets ironed out. The sounds of this mod have to be heard to be believed. I heard somewhere that it wasn't on par graphically with BF2 vanilla. This is true of some vehicles, but overall it looks just as good and polished as regular BF2. Loooovvvveeee the tiger chopper and the hind!! Both very different to fly...tiger highly manuverable and fast, hind not so, but loads of firepower. Tanks are very cool (Leopard ftw!). The machineguns on top of tanks and apcs are something to experience!! I'm almost happy to be second man to a tank! Guns are cool, but I havn't really experimented. I noticed the support weapons are very inaccurate though. Maps are really cool and beautiful. Only downside is no stats! Can't wait till tonight after work!!
