once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I have everything on low/off and 64 players is unplayable.  It starts to get choppy above 40 people.  32 players is ideal, it'll stay around 20+ fps around there.

What setup do you have?
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.

on 64 player maps from "special forces"between 50 / 80,   and on vanilla 64 maps around 80 constant,
on 32 player and lower its always stays at 100 fps

ccuz i dont want to buy more ram and thn get shit
Another gig of RAM will definitely improve your performance. Without a doubt. Just don't get RAM that's crap. If you go onto any ram maker's site, and enter in your mobo type, it'll tell you what the best type of RAM is for your setup. I used the one on corsair's website recently (I don't remember the url, sorry) and I ended up buying a new set of XMS3500LLPro (two 1 gig modules). I already had 2 gigs of RAM, but simply upgrading from pc3200 to 3500 created a huge difference, usually 20-30 fps. So yeah, get another gb, it's worth it.

I would rather like to know the command to remove the ~100 fps cap BF2 got.
