The kicker for me was he was pretending to be an elite ranger that did tours in Iraq.. but he was a washout in BT. He was NEVER military of any kind no less a ranger in Iraq. I served in the 1st gulf war and felt that we left alot of unfinished business behind over there that had to be delt with at some point. Maybe not when we just got into Afghanstain, but at some point it was going to come to a head. Just like we will see with Iran or North Korea.

Edit: And the part where he said "HE felt like he lost part of himself" Show me ONE person who has been in the military serving in a combat zone who DOESN'T feel like they have lost something. He's trying to equate that to his different beliefs. I think this veteran is being exploited by groups like Veterans Against The War and just using him as publicity. His values and beliefs are wonderful but he just ended up with the wrong squad. He's over analyzing things and not looking at the bigger picture.
