after the 2142 open beta obviously. do you think EA would "fix" Battlefield 2 without getting the majority of currently players at least remotely interesting in shelling out the dough for their next project?
next tuesday sounds reasonable. If I remember correctly, the last patches came out at the beginning of the week, not at the end. But I really don't care that much. 1.3 plays fine for me, the CTD's have gone away with some rare exceptions ( maybe one CTD in 50 connects or so ). The server crashes are bit annoying, I'll admit that, but it's all good.
what I am looking forward to though is the "infantry only" option and the new map.
I do hope the patch will come out within the next 2 weeks.

I am loosing interest as to when the 1.4 patch will be out. Admittedly the new map and infantry only mode should liven the game up, but what I am really looking forward to is Point Of Existence ( http://www.pointofexistence.com/ ) which is released is weekend.
