Perhaps ... anyway, that page should familiarize you a little with the lottery and help you to begin the process.  It looks like the application process for 2008 will begin in a month or so.
Yeah I was reading all the stuff... I'd have at least the qualification for the lottery, so that's a good point.
I won't be able to move until end of 2008 anyway because I have yet some things to do here... I'm just looking into the possibilities right now.
