Wow, finally.
I have my doubts whether this is real or not, because they said that it came from EA downloader, but theres nothing about 1.4 on EA downloader

I doubt it, looks like the 1.4 everyone can get on the EA downloader if your clever enough to see it, although this could be the offcial one, still I'll wait for the annoucment from EA.

EDIT:
Looking at the file sizes, unless they didn't change much then this is the same one that you can get by chaning a few file parameters in the EA downloader.

What's your point? Even if everyone did update to 1.4, like you said there are only three servers running it. It makes no sense to download it and update to that version yet.
