What Video Cards seem to be the only thing really accected by this because of Direct x 10. So what new type of Graphics cards are we going to have until Vista is ready, or will we see any at all( i was under the impression that geforce 8000 and radeon X2000's would be come out with directx 10 Capabilities)? Will directx 10 be released early? Or will teh cards be released early? Or will nothing happen at all until Vista is offically released?

nobody knows but i guess nvidia and amd/ati will continue on their plan and release the cards when they were always supposed to come. also its directX 10 or directX X or dx X and not direct X
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I've never heard "X" used for the ten in Dx10. DxX? Will Dx20 be DxXX? That'll be hell on content filters. I haven't been following Vista as of late, but I assume the delay has something more to do with the OS itself than with Dx10 issues, and I'm guessing that the video cards will be released on schedule, with their beautiful GDDR4 and SM 4.0.

I swear SM 4.0 will be as useless as SM 3.0

literally, SM 3.0 barely does much in todays "next-gen" games. 2.0 did much more than 1.4 did

2.0 to 3.0, not much difference.
