As far as using flashbangs(a SF expansion), how does one use them in the regular BF2 maps? Do the secondary kits you get with the SF expansion give you access to them?

Unlocks are for pussies who can't shoot with normal guns.

Yes you will need the expansion to get them or be lucky and pick up an assault pack from a dead member who has them.
All guns have thier advantages and disadvatage... M95 and L96A1 both can shoot through cockpit windows where the default cannot but it has a faster reload time.voltage wrote:

the l96 cant shoot through the cockpit - that would render the m95 completely useless.

Not a thing wrong with unlocks because you earn them.........but basic guns you start with are all pretty good.

can you unlock the the 2nd set of unlocks just using normal bf2 (but with expansion set installed),, or do you have to play bf2 to unlock the gun, and then go to sf to unlock the 2nd?
somebody is bitter who cant get enough points to unlock the cool guns......Kusunagi wrote:

To actually answer you. You need the F2000 (2nd Assault unlock) to get flashbangs in normal BF2. So yes, you need to have played at least one second of gametime with the Special Forces expansion.
ok, so really i can just log onto bf sf online, log off, get on bf2 and just unlock both there?
Really, so the chain Belt sniper Rifle, The Flashbangs, The Small cross-haired and the High powered sniper Rifle, The Most powerful gun in the Game (G3), The G36E - Most used Medic Weapon, The Assualt Sniper Rifle - L85A1, and many many other weapons are no better then the normal guns, i think not.voltage wrote:

I think you're unwittingly agreeing with him.LT.Victim wrote:
