or is it the typical train... gatehouse effect ..
I like sak more than every other map because you get a lot of action .

karkand is cool because of the fast action - no long running or driving to get to the enemy - cqc at hotel or sniping at the train accident when mec just has the gatehouse
but i only like the 32-player map, because there are fewer tanks/apc's - 64 player map sucks

Karkand owns. No planes, no helicopters, just plain action and that's what I love.

my favorite maps are still sharqi and dragon (helo) but when i need some 1o1 fights, karkand is still the choice!

while i think other maps are far superior (Fushe, Mashturr, Ghost Town) i always seem to be suckered into playing on karkand. It has the fastest action out of all the maps and with the infantry only option in 1.4 it is going to be even more favored

One of the best bits of karkand is....on 64 player karkand
usmc has all the flags on the land, and mec on the island
then you get a massive sniper fight between the island and mainland (with al lot of medics ofcourse )
