Hello and congats to this amazing site...

I think something is wrong with my rank...

I recently got up from 20000 points...but i still have the Master Seargant rank ...instead of the First seargant rank...

I am missing something?

You must have all of the basic badges *BEFORE* you rank up!

I can't believe people still don't know this as it is all over the forums.
