Mine has to be getting rammed by noob jet pilots when you're in a chopper 6 times in one round.
Arty. Never hear it or see it, but if I'm anywhere remotely near the strike I suddenly go flying across the map.

the original noobtube... it's even guided now...
you can move... but it needs to be matrix style... at the last minute... dodge... if you can
In 42 it wasnt guided and took a fair bit of skill to hit anyone moving about more than 2 meters away. (By moving I am expecting you to realise this does not mean running in a straight line - something which only crap players do).
And in this game - sure its guided.. But does that make it easier to hit players who are sprinting in varyin directions in the distance? No. Does it have much splash damage? No. Does it misfire meaning you think the rocket is airborne but it isnt? Yes.
If you get shot by this when you are lying on a roof or on the floor, are you a noob? Yes.
Keep moving and look about, you will live. Lie still with any decent AT player in your line of site and risk dying.
With the knife death, all you hear is the unsheathing of the blade from behind you and..........ungh!
I have heard this twice. The first I was like hmmmm what was that sound? The second I couldn't jump up fast enough and attempt to defend myself to no avail. Not that I don't die by the blade, it's just that I distinctly remember those two w/ the unsheathing sound. OUCH!

I hate getting shot up by planes or helos. It's really difficult to take them down. But I just roll with the punches and keep on trying.
The worst for me is when you are following someone and shoot em 2 or 3 times with say a medic gun for them to just turn around look at you... you see their gun fire for a split second and within the blink of an eye like maybe 1 bullet comes out and you're lying on the floor thinking how the hell did that happen - the most frustrating thing - usually happend with the SF medic guns
GGRRRRhhh
GGRRRRhhh
CLAYS are a real pain - sometimes just to look at them for too long through a scope can make you die - run round a corner and see one you stop and think shit that was close start backing up BBBBAAAANNNNGGG dead man walking - great to see it happen to other people tho - i went through a phase of laying clays in prime locations on CITY maps but eventually got bored of itSharkerlen wrote:
This will make all you claymore haters laugh. I lay clays all the time and get a chuckle when I snipe someone and they run for cover right into... BOOM!
But I have had this happen a few times. Lay a claymore in a chokepoint and run past it to get to my hidey hole and some enemy comes around the corner. BOOM! The claymore takes out the enemy and myself. I hate dying like that but this game seems to come up with its own karma sometimes.

Other - when I get killed by my own stupidity, or for something that wouldn't kill someone in real life. Examples: Flipping a car over or driving into deep water and not being able to bail and get away in time, or when trying to walk between a PARKED, UNMANNED tank and a wall somehow insta-kills me because I was "crushed".
While in a Linebacker, I've also once spontaneously exploded for no reason at all. In the middle of nowhere; not an AT mine or C4.

The point of the thread is all the legit deaths in the game.
So far looks like arty sucks the most with 'gaymores' close second.

The worst for me is when you Die by ramming some stupid Friendly, and at the same time your credited for a Teamkill.
Trying to stick someone and seeing the puff of smoke from the knife hit...then they turn around and kill you.
I absolutely hate getting killled by arty.

The US economy is a giant Ponzi scheme. And 'to big to fail' is code speak for 'niahnahniahniahnah 99 percenters'
I voted other.
The stupidest deaths that I hate are:
1. Failing parachute. Big surprise, right?
2. The insta-death involved with vehicles next to other vehicles, or walls. I mean... WTF?! There's just no reason behind it.
3. The worst... moving down a hill and stumbling on a gentle graded slope when you have only a little bit of life. Why is it the worst? I've jumped from some buildings without so much as earning a scratch.
As to deaths from others?
I'm not a big fan of artillery or jet bombers. Both plague me constantly, but oh well. The only time I genuinely hate it is when there is no friendly fire on.
Funny though, I see a lot of claymore haters, and I've gotta say that I love dropping the lil' bastards! It's great putting them in the least expected areas. On the flip side, if I get killed by them, I definitely don't cry about them. I think I've earned my share of claymore retaliations.
