On the other hand, heavier mouse is more stabile. I found out that with Good mat it's nicer to play with heavier mouse.

lol....whatever i just bought the Black G7....and im goin to love it...its wireless which is something i want, its a gaming mouse....that cant be a bad thing, and whatever...im not a competition gamer...i play for the enjoyment....

MX518 for sure.......

So so smooth, can set the sensitivity from 1600-400 DPI (and then change it in game), is wired (no running out of batteries @ 3am), and has 5 buttons - the 2 on the side are SO convienient - I have them set to crouch and prone

Uber and I have taken him down on numerous occasions (repeatedly). The difference here is, I don't go screaming in every post I make about that I'm among the best pilots and Uber's among the best gunners in BF2. Oops.. I said it..

+1 for the Razer Copperhead! The dpi on the fly is the HEAT.  Combined with the eXactMat (Control side up), makes for some precision rifle shooting.  That and the pulsing glow is hypnotic.

I still think you should add Fatal1ty to that poll, because it's cheaper than any of those five. And it's hell of a good mouse for gaming.

I have big hands. I have a diamondback and a MX510. I prefer the 510:

- the diamondback is too small, three of my fingers are always scratching the mouse pad. The right side buttons are worthless and not very easy to reach. The drivers dont let you configure the side buttons as you want them.
-the 510 is heavier and bigger but it fits perfectly in my hand. Not a problem at all reaching the middle buttons.
- yep, more dpi at the diamondback, but i hardly notice it, im like 90% of the time inside a vehicle.

Dont know if upgrading to MX518 is gonna be a big improvement.

And the G7 is not a bad mouse either (no lag I hear), but the batter life is only like 6 hours.

I tried it out a couple of time, playing with like 10 grams of weight and without but i seems to like it better without weigths. Its something personal i guess.

Btw lets talk about the dpi set up. I now got it set at 2000, 1200, 1000, 800 and 600 dpi. I m interested to hear what you guys use as dpi values and why.

just got the G5 mouse i love my kd has gone up by 0.1 % already after just a few hours using it next the G15 keyboard
