Anyone else have a fucking time trying to make a playlist with MediaSource? I've had a Zen Micro for about a year and it's still annoying as all hell. I'm about to throw the fucking thing through the goddamn window and buy an iPod. Help says just to drag the shit over to the Now Playing List and Save As... Now the shit's in your PC Music Library. How the fuck do I get it to Creative Zen Micro? Drag and drop? Playlists folder? Nope! Only one song shows up in my mp3 player. Drag and drop My Playlists folder? Nope! You have not selected a valid playlist to drop the tracks. Music folder? Nope!!!

I take the long route and Creative Zen Micro>Music>Artist>Album>Add to Playlist>repeat. And god forbid if you try and re-arrange the song order because any change takes about 5 fucking seconds (5 sec x 20-100 songs = fucking fuck!!!). Or if you have songs from different albums or ones that show up with <UnKnown> info. You can't just import a custom folder and expect all your songs to end up in one neat little list. It's all sorted by Album, Artist, etc...

And getting the music, any music, onto the player is almost just as bad. I can't even use the Creative software. I've installed, uninstalled, checked for updates (which shouldn't fucking matter) numerous times and I'm lucky if MediaSource recognizes my player. The majority of the time I get a "device not properly plugged in" shit. Import Wizard imports something but it sure ain't music. "File transfer complete", don't you mean  "go fuck yourself?" Where are the files? They are not in my player. I have to use goddamn WMP to sync music which, if you do not already have your player plugged into the USB or you have the Sync menu up instead of Now Playing, sometimes takes a shitlong for the Sync menu to show up. Forget about clicking back to Now Playing or Library because nothing fucking overrides the Sync command!!! I bought the damn thing because it is WMP compatible and I don't like how the fucking "iPod crew" is trying to push off m4A as the "new" format. Up until now I have had no complaints whatsoever with WMP's performance but an "unknown error" won't let me burn and I have no idea where my damn Nero disc is so I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue.

Couple all this with library rebuilds, docking freeze sessions, and the stupid fucking tutorial I just sat through on their site and you have $200 paperweight. I bet if those child rapists at Creative had their genitlas tied to a fucking bomb and were given one minute to make a playlist or else... the world would have another roomful of peckerless assthroats. I'm sure some of you are saying "fucking dumbass, it's not rocket science" but that's the friggin point. This shit's supposed to be idiot proof before it even hits the market. Actually I am quite above average compared to "joe computer". I don't know if this player even supports a FUCKING EASY WAY TO MAKE A PLAYLIST or if I keep missing something.

Other than that I love the player. I honestly do. The button layout is superior to iPod's and the custom EQ is great.

I haven't even really bothered with playlists on mine.

I've never bothered to try it internally.I'd rather figure it out through MediaSource.
