Okay I just purchased a 20 player server for my clan and could use some general tips/hints to get it up and moving. Here's is how I have it set up right now:
Maps/Size: Karkand 64; Sharqi 64; Mashtuur 32; Wake 64.
Time Limit: None
Tickets: 100
To Start: 7 players
Is there any other maps I should include or anything I'm missing. Is there anything in particular with the server settings I should know about. What do the masses look for in a server, I set it up pretty much by what I look for in a server. That is long rounds with alot of skilled players.
The reason I ask this is because everytime we get the server going my clan, though divided amongst the 2 teams seems to run everyone else off by kicking their ass? I would think stiff competition would be a plus for personal improvement, but maybe not?
Anywho, the server info is:

Ventrillo: vent.ifhcamp.com or (IP:142.163.124.149)
