hello, I'm just wondering what I should be playing at with my current set up:

1.5 g of ram
3.0 hgz HT
x850 xt radieon
120 gb harddrive 7200 rpm
dsl (sympatico - bell)
sound blaster audighy 2

So what settings should my pc handle without any LAG what so ever.

What resoultion,and every setting if possible thanks

i would switch to 2 1 gig sticks of ram, and then your system should be able to run BF2 pretty well.

I run:

p4 3.4ghz
2 gig ram
x800xt
raptor 10k hd
x-fi xtreme music

and i can run most everything on hi with 2AA (i do turn down lighting some, just a preference of mine)

my computer cant support 1 gig sticks I dont think because I went to best buy and bought a gig stick but it wouldnt fit in my computer I forget my computer is ddr and thats some special type of ddr (forgive me I am no computer expert) so maximium I could have is 2 gigs

Could be DDR2, give me a minute and i'll dig up a link so you can check exactly waht ram is compatible with your Mo'Bo....
