It looks like you just need about 7100 more points.  I noticed that you have hardly any commander time.  Try commanding a good sized server and make sure your team wins!  That way your points will double.

Basic badges BEFORE promotion @ 20.000 will result in a promotion to First Sgt.

Lateral MasterSgt->FirstSgt-promotions do not happen in this game.

In other words, If you are a Master Sergeant, you're stuck with that rank 'til 50.000 points

I am Master srgt, and I have over 20,000 global points and all the required Basic combat awards ;but I have not been promoted to First Srgt.
If you earn the badges AFTER the required points, will you not get promoted?
my bf2 name is 'Fad3r'
