I've been kicked that way a few times, seen people kicked that way a few times, etc...
As commander,people have put up multiple mutiny votes, but none of 'em worked. But I figured the guy could do a better job than I, so I resigned and told him to take over. But he didn't.

I've seen some successful votes. But too less, I've been playing since this game came out and many asshats did not get kicked.
