Mostly shows in atlanta, haven't been in a while, most of my friends are lame when it comes to music, never want to try anything new, just want to see pop crap like that uses CD's to back up their performances, but here's my list.

311
G-love and Special Sauce
Jane's Addiction
Incubus
The Donna's
Jurassic 5
The Distillers
Queens of the Stone Age
Marilyn Manson (puts on an amazing show)
Stone Temple Pilots
No Doubt
Bush
Garbage
Kid Rock
Rage Against the Machine
Wu Tang Clan
Beastie Boys w/ Mix Master Mike (they played everything, 10 minute jazzy instrumentals, punk, funk, hip-hop)
Atari Teenage Riot
DJ Hurricane (with beastie's on several albums, like ill communication)
Journey
Rick James
Moby
Outcast
The Roots
Nelly Furtado (w/ Moby)
Paul Oakenfold
The Foo Fighters
Puddle of Mud (    tries way to hard to be Kurt Cobain)
Ludacris (I realize now that most of these types of rap concerts are a waste of time, you get about 60-90 seconds of each song, can't really get into any one of them before they switch to the next, just a "buy my cd" sampling of them for 40 minutes)
Big Boi of outkast
George Clinton + P-funk
Weezer
The Offspring (hOOOooollllyCRAP! talk about high energy)
Trapt
Kevin Kenney (of Drivin and Cryin)
AK 1200 w/MC Navigator
Baby Anne
Icey
some others, will add more as I remember

edit:
the bravery
dang, forgot his name, ancient black dude that learned how to play guitar on one he made out of a cigar box with rubber bands, sounds ridiculous I know, but Hendrix came here to visit family, and saw the dude playing, and started playing himself, before you yell "bullshit", the old dude his played his guitar strung upside down and lefthanded in spite of being right handed

worm and cameron have alot that are still on my must see list, I need new friends dammit, or I'm going to start going alone, goddamn drag queens with their Christina Aguilera, what could be more fun than a Rob Zombie concert? I was even going to dress up as a blue devil, and I know my friends have costumes, they wear them to the club every week. "That's too wild for me", they say when they've been up for 3 days straight, or "who the hell are the Pixies". To be fair to them, where we live is pretty much only southern rock, you get no exposure to anything new unless you pipe a radio station in from atlanta on your computer, Molly Hatchet just played here a few weeks ago, and that was big news, how old are they?

I couldn't possibly remember them all. I've also gone to a lot of weekend shows and music 'festivals', but here are some that stick out:

Fugazi - first real concert and still one of my favorite live shows
NOFX - seen bunch of times, and always a a good set.
Mighty Mighty Bosstones - another great band to see live.
Rancid
Offspring - as OP said, super high energy show
Ramones
Dead Milkmen
Jaw Breaker
G.G. Allin - ugh.  horrible.  saw them at the Antenna Club in Memphis, TN
Reverend Horton Heat - seen a few times, always a great show.  I don't think he drinks as much anymore
Flogging Molly - 3 times so far
The Tossers
Catch 22
Lord Mike and the Dirty Calypsonians - great band!
The Loved Ones
The Lawrence Arms
um...everyone at Warped Tour 2002/2003
everyone at Ska Weekend in Knoxville, TN 2006
Pezz
Simpletones - now known as the SimpleOnes and not nearly as good
most any band that was part of the Memphis punk rock scene in the early 90s
They Might Be Giants
Ween
Lagwagon
Bad Religion
Vandals
Deals Gone Bad
Throw Rag
Shades Apart
The Descendents
Swingin Udders
Radicts
Screeching Weasel
The Queers
AFI - meh...
Rollin In The Hay - bluegrass FTW!
Millencolin
Dropkick Murphys

Phew.  That's probably 25% of all the bands I've seen.  To be fair, I was, at one time, heavy into live shows and played in a few punk bands, so I've seen hordes of small scale punk bands that no one has probably heard of.

Sounds like time for a road trip!  I was born and raised in North East Mississippi, and saw most of the bands I listed within 3 hours of my house.  My group of teenage friends and I were the first generation of our towns skater/punk rock scene.  The town was so small, there simply wasn't a live music option unless you counted the 2 crap local bands that played twice a year or some such.  If you wanted to see a good show, travel was mandatory.  I now live outside Knoxville, TN, but only 4-5 of the bands I listed actually played Knoxville.
