That you can switch to third person etc while in a parachute? I never knew ;P, it seems useful.

Believe me, you do not want third person for a view when you are on foot.
Game I used to play, Soldier of Fortune 2 - they left in a console command that anyone could type in that enabled third person.
Resulted in everyone sitting behind a wall with their view adjusted so that they could see down a coridoor and when some1 came near...pop out with a shotgun and take em out.
Known as "Third camping" - the lamest thing possible.
From that game, the view in third person (or in spectator mode in these cases), was like this:
In the second one, you could sit there, crouched behind that wall and watch them come out from that door in front of you. One comes near, pop up "boom" - theyre dead and they dont even know you are there.
If I see another game like that, I will scream!!!
