How cool would it be, and more realistic, to light up someone and watch their rounds and grenades go off.

FYI / No need to get technical from those talking about the pin not being pulled, so they detonator is not primed (blah blah).

You just majorly contradicted yourself. The technicalities you talked about us not needing to mention would make it completely unrealistic.

Not contradicted, just speaking to both the coding that they would probably do and on the other hand, the boners that would attack it's realism.  Love the posts about what realism "really" is.  Been there, done that.

Guess you had to be in my head for that one, not a fun place.

Grenades are doubled walled, like flame-thrower canisters. Bullets don't go through them.

But it would be nice to see a noob try and shoot one, and have the bullet deflect and pop him in the eye.

I hate it when I have a grenade and have already pulled a pin and am just about to throw it when I get shot, why doesn't the grenade go off then? That's what should be happening.

That happens last night a couple times and I said, "wholly crap" but payback was in the air when I whipped a couple more 'nades and other people outside of the main target got waxed.  I feel better now.

At least with 7,62 & .50 I cannot believe that they won't go through.
But I still think this feature would suck.

i have that happen all the time it sucks i get soo mad
