Urgent Help With Mouse In-game Please!!!!!

when i load up the game my mouse is fine and it can move, but the moment i enter the game it freezes up along with my keyboard!
i cant move a single thing. '
the only things that do work are ctrl+alt+del and alt+F4
the same thing on both of my accounts

please help

delete the profiles in my documents then retrive them via the login screen. this will rewrite your entire keyboard/mouse setup.
Be aware this will remove any changes you have made in the way the game performs. You will have to redo all of your sound, video, and control schemes.
