I keep my marijuana pipe handy. If you blaze up before you play, maybe you wouldn't get owned as much. It's very nice to take a puff or 2 between rounds and map reloads. If you are getting owned real bad, find a safe spot on the map, clear your head, take 2 massive puffs, then either creep in slowly and cherry pick, or just storm in shooting; you might still get owned but it won't be as frustrating and instead of banging your hands just put the pipe up to your cakehole and start over....

I stop playing whatever map Im playing, find some rediciulously big map and snipe a couple of rounds. My score is usually below 20, and my kills are like less than ten (here come the "you suck, Im leet sniper" posts from the kids). ANyway, it really cools me down and then its back to GGZ.

Sometimes when I'm angry and start to play BF2, I totally freak out when I get baseraped, spawncamped, tankwhore'd or killed by a glitcher in Hotel @ Karkand and punch my table or beat my mouse against my table. That's when I begin to realize it is no fun, turn off my computer and do something else.
On the other side, I can laugh my ass off when some people freak out on public servers and start swearing.
