Hello, I am sure there are a ton of people looking for free handouts. I am not one of them. I am not looking for any free codes.
Myself and a buddy purchased two copies of this game to play over a LAN network mainly in the CO-OP mode. It appears as though you can not unlock any weapons in the CO-OP mode and were attempting to unlock them manually in order to have different weapons available in that mode. Well.....that didn't work and in the process, we have managed to screw up being able to play over the Internet with one another because it detects that we have messed with some of the files and thinks that we have modified the game.
Here is where the problem presents itself. I believe the only way to get rid of the problem we created is to completely uninstall and reinstall Battlefield 2. I have my CD Code but he has since lost his book that had the CD Code written on it.
Is there a way to look at a file and pull up what his CD Code is before uninstalling the game and installing a fresh copy? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!!
