What does anyone think of the Zboard fang it is only the game controls instead of the whole keyboard so you take up less space with it If anyone has one tell me how you like it what would you say about it www.zboard.com

i however have one of these and couldn't be happier.  i love having the two usb ports on the keyboard.  keeps your cords nice and close for mouse/joystick.  it took a little getting used to it but once i did i saw some number increases.

I've had the original ZBoard, and I liked it for the most part.  My biggest complaint was the ability to type when you had the game keyset installed; extremely difficult at best.  Because I got a little upset and set my joystick down on it a bit too hard one too many times, I sort of broke the gaming keyset.  With that said, I replaced it with the Merc, which is basically the Fang with full keyboard.  I've gotten quite fond of this rather than the original; I do miss the USB hub in the original though.

With that said, if you already have a keyboard you like, but are looking for a gamepad that can give you far better key layout than a conventional keyboard, I think you'll really like it.  It was this layout that finally allowed me to use the WASD configuration.  Prior to that I was old schooling it with the arrow keys.

Just got it, plays pretty good.

Pro:
More comfortable hand position then the keyboard.
Better tactile feedback to find key placement.
Easier to find the right key fast, with less places to hunt :p

Con:
It is missing the F-keys, need to keep the standard keyboard in reach to change position in a vehicle.
No easy way to customize key bindings.

Just loaded the new beta driver, it resolves the cons that I had found.

It allows for changes to key binding.
You can also reprogram the media keys on the top to be the F keys.
