ZZ has been sent of 16 times in his career now. Thats a hell of a lot for a "GENIUS". I told my daughter who has seen the incident that when someone calls you a name or takes the mick out of you dont hit them, punch, bite, pinch, kick or even headbutt, instead, just walk away. I think Materazzi didnt take a dive, ZZ used all his force in that butt and caught Matterazzi off balance, thats why he fell. Do you feel Matterazzi should of hit him back perhaps? Is that the correct message to give out on the biggest stage of them all? ZZ's certanly wasnt. You might feel what he did was justified because he verbally abused him but, fifa didnt, the police wouldnt, most democratic goverments wouldnt, teachers dont and as a parent neither do I.
Matterazzi isnt clean in all this, far from it. He may of gone down holding his face but it dosent make any diffrence, ZZ deserved to go. I feel what he did was also wrong but it happens a lot in sport, wether that being professional or amatuer. I have played Football, Rugby, Hockey and Cricket and there is verbal going on in all of those sports, you just give it back as good as you get it, not lash out. I have also coached in 2 of those sports and thats my clear message to kids. If it happened in the street ZZ would be arrested for assult and Matterazzi wouldnt be arrested for verbal abuse, if they could prove what he said was racist they could bring a case on that but it would be extremely hard. In fact Materazzi would be entilted to compensation if he wanted to pursue it. As for labelling Materazzi a "common thug" would you stand up in court yourself and say that? By saying it on a forum dosent make any diffrence your still liablas (whatever the word is) unless of course you can prove he is a thug. A lot of forums warn members about writing anything liable as its the forum owner who is responsible for what is written on the forum, to some degree.
As you can tell " MR or MRS NOT", I totally disagree with what you said, even though you hint that what ZZ did was wrong, you go some length to defend the undefendable. The comment you make about trying to end the guys career shows how petty minded you are really. Most of us have been in scraps at some times in our lives, im 30 and my message to anybody younger is when confronted in any way, back away and unless you cant back away any more do not fight back, nobody ever wins regardless of outcome, unless you are of course a pro fighter getting paid to fight. The person who wins most fights is the one who can walk or run away from it.
