i think the world cup as such was wonderful. germany showed that we are nice and friendly people. also, there were hardly any hooligans causing trouble.....

Well, maybe that weatherunderground.com recognises country from ip and changes language or something. But anyway, that weather thing is in finnish on my screen.

I'm not a soccer fan, but I happened to see the match. The save of Buffon was a hell of catch. It is always a pity that a match has to end in penalties... But than again it 'should' state the teams are equally good at that match.

Zidane... No excuse, whatever the person said, you can't react like that. When someone would do this while there isn't an audience of... let's say a few million, he would go to jail. Here he gets a red card. A deserved red card. It's a pity that he threw his 'fin de carrière' away like that. He will most probably be remembered like this

Personally, I thought it was complete shit. I'm not really a football person, but I do usually watch World Cup matches, or at least ones with countries in that I am remotely interested in. For the most part, it wasn' any good to watch at all. All the 'good' teams, played terribly against countrys that should be useless. Not very much of it was entertaining to watch. Almost all of the matches could have gone either way.
