Its kinda messed let me explain

I send a message to Chuyskywalker, then he sends a messsage back 25 minutes later when i try to reply 25 minutes later it says u have to wait 60 seconds to send another message when its been already 25 min, i no that it isnt that important but whenever u have some free time can u fix it

i'm not sure if this is the problem, but maybe you posted something on the forum before you sent another PM, and it counts as a PM too... thats the only thing i can think of..

Question? What kinda of internet security program do you have?
Ive been tryin to figure out what causes this for a while. I remember someone having trouble with zone alarm once and it was causeing this and they did something to fix it but I cant seem to find the post(it was a while ago). So Im trying to figure it out again since this is becomming such a popular topic.
