Help me, need new cooling

Ok, so here's the deal, lately we are having some warm weather here in the Netherlands, and therefore my room is getting warm as well, and well now my computer CPU starts to become so hot that I can't play friggin games normal anymore, so I'm looking for some new cooling system, I don't have that much money to spare, so don't tell me to buy the most expensive cooling out there, but I want the best for the lowest amount of money, if u understand what I'm saying.
Can anyone help me? getting real annyoning, can't even play a friggin Strategy game without it freezin every goddamn second..

EDIT: Need a fans/cooling thing for my CPU, case temperature does'n't botter me too much since I can just skin the entire case off

EDIT AGAIN: (Dunno much about the spec but I will do my best)

Ati Radeon 9800 Pro 256 mb

Take your Side Panel off, also i'd invest in some PanaFlo Fans for your case. they are loud but if you've got headphones on or speakers on a decent volume you won't hear the fans.

Allready took my side panel off..xD and have a ventilator blowing at it, but its get in the way of my screen, so I can't actually play and cool it at the same time, but I will look for those PanaFlo Fans thingies,

If you have a sliding window, you should put a windowbox air conditioner in it. You'd be suprised how well a low ambient temperature helps a computer in the cooling department. External fans can help, but in many cases they could keep hot air within your computer rather than without.

I have a sidewindow fan, but I took the advice of the other guy, and took both sides off, now its 13 degrees cooler sweeeet

That's great. I usually don't recommend removing parts of a computer's chassis, because in some cases it could disrupt proper airflow and actually cause a system to overheat.

Not to mention that the likelihood of foreign objects getting into the chassis increases by quite a bit. By that I mean dust, curious pets, anything that gets dropped on the floor really.

My husband did this to my system. Though the heat sink has been changed since he first did this. I run an AMD 2500 and full bore with BF2 and BF2CC and TS running I never get over 53 F. This is NOT recommended for the weak of heart.

You could also try heat pipe technology. He uses that on an AMD 64 and he stay pretty cool. Just Google it and you'll come up with tons of stuff.

I find www.xoxide.com and www.performance-pcs.com to be two excellent resources for many performance pc components such as cooling (among many others)
