Out of all the colors I have tryed bright pink seems to work the best for an all around crosshair, you can see it in the sky and at night, the best night crosshair I have found is white or blue.

Hot Pink!!... or not... I never bothered to change it from the default yellow.

Purple/pink, so you can see it good on every map...
green for me
I use the stock color but set my transparency to 0 - you can see it everywhere, except if you look straight into the sun.
neon green works on every surface

I've found that green, purple, pink, and light blue work the best for me. Using light blue atm.

Also is there anyway to change the heli TV missile colour, as in maps such as Dragon Valley its so annoying when your in TV mode you cant see the cursor against the sky ! You help you get +1
