when i start up BF2-SF it goes to a black screen, then seconds later goes to my desktop with a message saying

mods/bf2/shaders/lightning.fx not found!!! _DO_ check your working directory, _AND_ sync your shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP.(really!)
i checked the folder, and my shaders are in a zipped file. i put them in the shader folder and i got to the login screen and logged into my character, i tried to enter a game but it said "the server will not allow you to join the game with a modified version of BF2", i dont know what to do now...
