Just because i'm bored, i came up with some requisites for these "platinum" awards (i prefer Legendary too)
-Legendary Engineer: 80 Kills IAR, no vehicles used, no commander, 25,000 Global Kills with Engineer

This award would really cause stat padding, and maybe some hacking. But however, it is a pretty nice idea to show off. (Yay, I earned my Platnum Award, I'm better than you noobs). So yes, I do like it, but I doubt I'll ever earn one.
If they make the Platnum Awards, they'll need to make "T3h u3Br 1337 p wn4g3 l0lxx0r!111" awards too. (Yes, only 50,000 more kills before I get the AT Mine TU1PL award! I hope the round doesn't end soon!)

Hmmmmm, not sure about the no vehicle thing......I mean, this would be the fourth of the award classes, the previous 3 allow you to get those kills whichever damm way you please, I doubt EA would make this any different, four of my expert class awards, where got with a series of, heli, infantry, random road kills and a few lucky nades and claymores.
And then OMG, 25,000 kill's before you qualify, fs getting 100 hours on each class was bad enough, think of the time you would need to rack up to get that.......Guys I am afraid this is only gonna benifit the boys who play the shit out of this game.
Also, you may notice, there has only ever been awards added to this game for expansion and booster packs, I think I am right in saying there has never been one added to the original bf2, doubt it is going to change, especially with 2142 round the corner.
