That was more impressive than probably every other sniper video out there, if only because you don't hype it up to be the greatest thing ever, and the fact that you are actually getting really good moving headshots with the SVD.

Great video,finally somebody who uses the SVD like a sniper rifle. +1 Karma

I see so many snipers with the SVD who just fire away like it's an AK in single shot mode,they just spray all over the place and only get kills with three hits.
If you understand the recticle of the SVD the bulletdrop is very easy to adapt to.
I don't really use the SVD in BF2 but I got my nicest SVD rounds on SF maps though.

I dont like the SVD or the Type 88, You get frown'd upon for using autosnipers in CS and i guess thats just carried on into bf2 but the bolt action snipers feel more rewarding when you get a kill...

Type 85 = LMG
Type 95 = My Beloved AA
Type 98 = Tank

all the type numbers are the years they came into service if you didnt know..

actually its the other way round in bf2 really.. i'll give someone the credit they're due if they 1S1K me with an autosniper in this game..

and you've probably seen all the AWP (L96A1) complaint threads in CS forums..
