Personally i don't get the "tank whoring" concept. I've gotten out with pretty decent scores (check my own tank stats) in Karkand. People whine often about "Why do jsut stand and flag camp you whore?". I tell em, "if u can spawn elsewhere, do it and you won't get killed".
I'm not driving my precious (tank) into an anthole filled with C4 and AT personal so i whack em from distance and wait for grunts to arrive.
I never basecamp (stick on fix bases), and only times i do, is to destroy their arty and UAV and SCAN. Only time when this rule is broken is if i had a full round of basecamping done on me...
