BF2S Forums Rankings - Sniper Accuracy

I don't understand the system of "Sniper Accuracy". It tells me this (which isn't true):

And if I look at the number 3, which is obviously behind number 2, something isn't correct. He has an even lower accuracy in sniper rifle than ME (http://bf2s.com/player/53416052/).

So I need some help to understand those stats because if I look at it this way I'm supposed to be number 3!
