Right i cant record with Fraps in game because i lag too bloody bad. My fps is at 50 or something as soon as i hit record straight down to like 12. Why is it doing this. What's it to do with?

u need a better system either that or u have a bottle neck. it already takes tons of sys resources to play bf2 what do u think will happen on a slow machine if u try to record it at the same time?

I have a fun problem too.  No matter how many of the options I select, I can not get sound with the recording.  There is supposed to be sound right?!

Yeah, as said, it's having to screenshot and then save the image to a video file. Your framerate is gonna suffer. Lower your game video settings and/or record at a lower resolution or frame rate in FRAPS.

x.:Shackleton:.x: Yes, there is supposed to be sound. The sound input should be set to "What U Hear". Make sure the "Record Sound" box is checked and it's set to "Detect best sound input". If that doesn't work, try switching it to "Use Windows input" and go into your Windows control panel and change your record source to "What You Hear".
