Is it just me or does this thing suck ass? The normal APCs have that great cannon and rocket. This has tank shells and a machine gun. APCs take 2 hits with AT rockets and are on fire. BMP-3 just blows up without being set on fire. It sucks in combat because the tank NEEDS that extra health because of its weak machine gun and tank shells that take a bit to recharge. All in all this thing sucks ass in my eyes. What do you think?

Yes, it stinks. Anyone overseas actually driven one of these things? Does it truly drive like a carnival ride? Surely DICE has made it worse than the real thing. You've basically got to be sitting at a dead stop in order to shoot anything because it rocks like a boat in a hurricane.
It really sucks. They made that thing of paper. One hit and it is dead from a RPG. The LAV's take more damage then that. They are LIGHT ARMORED VEHICLES. A BMP is a little bit more heavily armored. SUCKS really bad.
The only thing that i like about the BMP 3 is it has almost NO recoil from the main cannon, so it is SUPER easy to fire on the run

Yea it REALLY sucks compared to the other APCs. It needs a major buff

The BMP-3 is like a tank, except it's like...a tank with an infantryman's armor.
Edit: Snipers are 1-shot-1-kill, no? TOW against BMP is 1-shot-5-kill.

Same with a T-90. One shot one kill. I mean the BTR-90 can take more that thing can. What the heck.
The russians were gonna make a full tank and ran out of money so they made a mini tank called the bmp-3 which should perform like a tank but gets owned like a vodnik. They even ran out of money to put wholes in the side of it for the soldiers to shoot out of.

I've got to disagree. It may have less recoil, but unless you're moving on a completely flat surface the BMP bucks like a bronco, completely spoiling your aim. Plus, recoil occurs after you fire your shot, then your barrel settles by the time a new round is chambered. I find you usually get one main gun round into an enemy tank, he sees you, you die, end of story. You don't have the maneuverability to play cat and mouse like an lav/apc, and you don't have a TOW to give you a real punch.genius_man16 wrote:

Ive noticed you can chuck it of cliffs quite well if you ever see the need to. Say on devils perch when you are at the asylum - usually take 1 to 2 bars of helps off . Pointless but annother plus to it if you call it that.
It seriously needs some changes, it will loose to an lav or btr every time on closed grounds. It is good for mashing infantry. It doesnt like AT rockets though.

yeah I usually chuck a couple grenades at it an its like an atomic bomb that just went off, It is really bad, slow and is a big target.
