Not bad at all for the little amount of time you have played. Try some of the other maps though. Youll get burnt out on Karkand.
Your stats arn't that bad considering the time you have been playing, if you want more points medic whore FTW!

Get SF.
Fight in the Palace on Warlord. That'll get the SPM WAY up...

I assume he wants to be GOOD at the game, rather than having a better SPM.
My advice?
Play medic.
Don't bother with unlocks. Except for sniper and AT.
In medium ranges, hit prone and aim for the chest. (headshot is best, of course, but that's not something that's learnt easily) If they go prone, don't fire more than 3-4 bullets at a time so you don't end up killing the wall. Use single shot for prone targets further away.
In close range, don't drop down to the ground. Circle your opponent, jump if you have to!
For long range, always use single shot, always use the ironsights, and take your shots slowly.
You get better accuracy with using ironsights, but less deviation without them. What does that mean?
Ironsights: more accuracy, but the more shots you fire the more innacurate they will become.
no sights: less accuracy, but you can fire accuractely longer.
Always pay attention to UAV.
Go around corners assuming an enemy will be there.
Just a few words of advice, I have much more to say but I can't be bothered to explain all of it right now.
