To stress me I am playing BF2, that game is really making me crazy, If everything goes bad: I go crazy. If everything goes great: I go crazy.

To Destress me, its either play my guitars or take a walk in the forest, thinking about music. And now its summertime so when Im alein zu hause I can just sit outside in the terrace, doing nothing.

For me too, when I still used to have one that is. I really don't have anything else that relaxes me (except sedatives of course but I don't use those). Definitely not BF2, although it can be fun it always leads to frustration. And not music either, no matter what kind of song I start off listening to I always end up listening to songs that make me feel absolutely miserable (yet I always listen to music for 1-2 hours before going to sleep - so I must have some mild masochistic tendencies).
