Im having this problem which is affecting spec ops only. When I try to log in to the account server it just gets stuck. Iv gotten around the problem by logging into normal BF and then clicking on a SF server to load SF. Its really annoying. Any of you guys have a fix?

Im not sure if this is it but are you pressing "Play BF2 SF Online Now!"? It doesn't work and does stuff like what you are describing.

I don't get it. What do you mean you're logging in with spec ops? You mean Special Forces?

Heh Yea sorry bout that. I wasnt thinking straight when I wrote out the title.
What I am doing is opening up Special Forces. I get past the movie intro etc. It then asks me to log in. I type my Pass out and press log in. It says that its logging into account server but then it gets stuck. I have to open up task manager and maually kill the process to get back to my desktop.

Wow, I'm not sure man. I'd just use the regular BF2.exe icon to start the game. You said that's working right? Then you can log into SF maps. That should work.
