Then there is the one without a name (at least to me) Bacardi Razz with 7up or sprite.
But for weekdays you only need beer, or a trousers-warm whisky (the famous grouse)

Just what I was thinking.
On the other hand, maybe it does make sense. Have you never heard of people having a gulp of oil before going on a night of drinking. Especially when planning to drink a lot without getting drunk too fast (e.g. for "drinking battles"), The oil kind of "seals" the stomach and you can drink waaay more.

1 Shot Bailey's Irish cream
1 shot  lime juice


Hold one shot of bailey's in your mouth, and take one shot of lime juice. Mix rapidly in mouth by shaking head vigorously, then consume.
