i remember getting the demo downloaded the last day of school, i played it thru the night to the morning. memories
I remember getting into my 1st ranked game. I actually got commander but I didn't know how to open the commander screen and I got mutinied.
i remember freakn out over the anti tank..... "like omg you can freakn steer it........"
man, i was SOOO excited when the demo was released. I also remember how slow it was to download because of the huge amount of traffic.
bought the game the day it came out and didn't enlist until november 11th because i had put off getting a new video card(which i needed).
Never checked the specs assuming that because my comp handled 1942 and vietnam that it could handle bf2....i was wrong

Ah the good old days, when no one could fly or drive a tank right, but it was a lot of fun. No ranks, no stats padding, just fun on the demo. Then the game was released and I found a love for blackhawks
I remember my first spawn, was Hill Village on Dragon Valley in the middle of a firefight and arty, I didn't know WHAT was going on, i think i hid by a tree for ages. Then I got on one of the tows and got shot by some guys from behind.

I remember the good times were USMC could actually cap the hotel flag, Also remember not hearing any little kids yelling over thier mics. Also miss the dolphin diving(that was quite fun )

Got some awards in one round n wondered why they wouldn't show up in BFHQ! LOL
Crashed a million planes and helos.
Loved the demo btw. Best one I've ever played and defo made me buy the game on release date.

I remember being so wowed that you could stick c4 to tanks, i spent an entire round chasing them around and mostly getting wasted, to finially get one and feel so proud - good times
That and taking off the carrier and plunging into the sea, or laughing as i watched everyone flip backwards onto cobras and blackhawks while trying to hover, then doing the same myself, I miss those days of the demo

The first time I spawned in I turned and looked at a teammate and then wasted him to see what the guns would do. I then hopped into an F-35 a drove right off the side into the water. WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
they have had a whole year to flix this game lol
