it's not wrong... the requirements say 50 hours in THEATRE, and he has more than 50 hours each:

SEALs 65:53:43
SAS 84:43:07
SPETZ 83:31:33
MECSF 65:53:43
Rebels 53:10:35
Insurgents 54:22:09

because he have 203h total of BF:SF and SEAL+SAS+INSURGENT+SPETZ+REBELS+MECSF = 406h

sas theater means the time on a map where sas is present, for example if you play insurgent on warlord, this time counts towards insurgent army and insurgent and sas theater

Theater means all maps on which a certain army plays, but as there are 2 different armies on each map, you can rack up theater time without racking time for the specific army.

if you play karkand for 1 hr as mec you get 1 hr as mec army time, 1 hr as mec AND usmc theatre.
